thats 55 lbs in the middle of my back to throw me
off balance.

Most people have no idea how a swiss balls will build
strength. If you go to any book store and look at the
books on swiss ball training you will find exercises for
most people.
I think the swiss ball can be used for such an athletic
boost, and a great strength builder that will blow your
mind.
If you think all you can do with a swiss ball is lay on it
and do abs your nuts.
I ordered a body weight course where a well known
strong man was doing a double swiss ball pushup.
The ball was in the Corner! The ball won’t roll how
hard is that, if you want a strong core use the swiss
ball like a man.
