Bas Rutten Bodyweight Training

Why did I post a video of the fighter Bas Rutten? #1 He was a bad ass fighter.
#2 He is always well conditioned. #3 I wanted you to see the why he is doing
his pushups and the way he’s training.

Why do you think he does pushups this way? I’ll tell you, they build strength,
speed and quickness. By keeping your arms in to your sides you are keeping
most of the stress on your triceps, the triceps are 2/3 of your arm and you will
generate more strength, speed and quickness then using the smaller muscles of
your shoulder. I almost always and always have done my pushups this way.

If you notice he goes down until his arms are parallel then explodes up, quick
and explosive, doing your pushups this way will give you unbelievable results.

Checkout the way he does his jumping squats, the legs are parallel then jumps up,
he’s not bouncing at the bottom of the exercise and he’s not dropping ass low
and damaging his knees.

Not to mention the exercises of shadow boxing, throwing knees, pushups
and jumping squats can be an ass kicking workout with no other equipment.

If world class fighters and athletes can build an unbelievable level of fitness
with a basic exercise program using only their bodyweight so can you.

Simple but very, very effective.

Try just a sample of this workout for 5 to 10 minutes and wait for the pain.
