Bodyweight Training – 50 Suspension dips on chains

I’m a big believer in using what you have to build a strong and productive
body in all environments. I also think that we need creativity to stay
motivated to continue to make gains and to keep the mind fresh.

In the video I’m doing some dips using chains from a piece of equipment
in a park. I rarely do dips on anything other than a dip rack, but these
were tough. Because the chains move my body is forced to work more
muscles to stay up without falling.

If we want to continue to grow physically and mentally we need to change
the things we do day in and day out. We need to be creative. We need
to step out of the box and do unconventional things.

Nobody wants to be just a regular guy. We want to be the best we can be
and we can never be the best we want to be if we are like everyone else.

I have doing your workouts for about three weeks now. I cannot wait to get your training manual, but I am in this strict budgeting program so I am not allowed to use my debit card.

I love the workouts. For the first time in my life I feel like I am getting stronger. I have been doing every type of workout you can think of for years, and I think the major thing that was holding me back was I did a lot of workout dvds that anyone on the planet could do. They had great exercises in them and alot of them challenged me, but all of those workout dvds had one thing in common. Anyone can do them.

Your workouts are different. Sometimes I don’t even know if I will be able to do them at all. They are so challenging that they force me to do things I didn’t think I could do. They put the “work” part back into getting strong and eliminate the “gimmicky” part.

Yesterday I did one of your workouts and knocked out 575 jumping jacks, 220 pushups with perfect pushup bars, and 220 squat thrusts in 30 minutes. It was awesome!

Another thing to your readers out there is these workouts save time. I don’t feel rushed any more. I konw I can get an awesome workout in anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes.
