Bodyweight training to stimulate muscle growth and fat loss

Stimulate muscle growth and fat loss

I get a lot of questions on how people should train for physical
fitness. My answer is be as simple as possible. Any expert that
says you need to have a complicated fitness program or lift
weights to get results is lying to you.

A simple exercise program is about all you need for a high level
of fitness. It all depends on what you are training for. The way
I train most of the time is short intense sessions an have gotten
amazing results.

There are some programs that will have you training 45 minutes
an hour or more for results. The fact is most exercise programs
fall short when the time goes for a long period of time.

You will get amazing results training short intense sessions better
then the long sessions. You will need less rest time. You will burn
more fat, faster. You will build a more explosive power.

All the years I trained doing long workouts never got me in better
shape. I would lose fat but I also lost muscle mass. When I started
to train short but very intense everything changed.

I became more fit. I burned more fat, become a better athlete and
built more lean muscle. Some exercises that will stimulate fat loss
and build lean muscle are Jumping rope, sprints, hill sprints,
burpees,explosive pushups.

A quick muscle builder fat burning workout:

An ideal place would be a tennis or basketball court or any hard
surface.

Jump rope as fast as possible 50 times – Drop down do 10 pushups
as fast and as explosive as possible. From the pushup position
explode into a 10 yard sprint. Walk back repeat for 8 to 10 minutes.

These workouts are tougher then they look so give’em a try.
