I’m amazed at how many people don’t realize how easy it is to take a simple
exercise like the burpee and make it even harder just by changing body
dynamics.

Doing the Bronco Burpees takes more strength because you are putting most of your
weight on your arms and kicking up with your legs which makes this variation tough
to do.

Try a few of these until you get the feel for them. And the more tired you get the
tougher they become.
