If you really want to build functional fitness you need to
train your body functional. You need to train so you learn
how to use your body as one. Real functional fitness works
the whole body, it uses many muscles that traditional training
doesn’t.
The quicker you learn you need to train functional the better
off you will be. The stronger you will become. The more muscles
you can use at anytime the stronger you become. The more tension
you keep on a muscle the stronger you become.
Today workouts have to much rest time. As a matter of fact
there is more rest time then actual training time.
You can do what you want or listen to who you want that’s up
to you, I know the more rest you get the softer you become.
Train hard, know your body and push a little harder, and work
your body like it should be as one.
