Hey, Don’t eat like a Super Bowl fat boy!
Just because it’s the Super Bowl everyone thinks
this is a eating and drinking holiday. Hey, being fat
and drunk is no way to go through life.
This is just a game. I watch the Super Bowl and have for years
and I used to eat and eat and eat until I had to unbotton my pants
so I could get more and for what. Nothing.
These are the types of parties and holiday traditions that have
helped you become fat and sloppy.
You know you could sit and watch the game sober and you don’t
have to stuff your face to enjoy the game.

Dig down deep for unbelievable conditioning
How many man or women really dig down deep
when they train ? Most people in the gym will
tell you they train hard, and to them and most
other people that train in the gym, they do
train hard.
Well, from personal experience very few train
hard and just because you break a sweat
doesn’t mean your training hard. I’ve seen people
get out of breath warming up for 5 minutes.
Some people do sweat more then others, but
come on, 5 minutes should only be a warm up.
In my opinion if you are going to exercise,
exercise like you mean it. Exercise like
you want it.
Before you train you should always have
a set time or number of reps you want to
accomplish for that workout. If you set
this little goal everyday I promise you will
do what ever it takes to get it done.
You will be able to accomplish more in
a shorter period of time and this means
better results on a regular basis.
Try this jump rope workout:
Pick 2 exercises, for this example we will
use pushups and crunches
Jump rope 50 times- then do 10- 12 pushups
then do 10- 12 crunches- get right back up
and repeat for 20 minutes.
See how many sets you can do in 20 minutes.
Work as fast and as hard as possible.

Weak mind, Weak body.
The mind is all powerful without
it nothing can be accomplished.
Most people never think about
how the mind can be used to push
them through barriers.
If you have a mind that’s weak you
probably have a weak body. Mind
and body work as one. The mind
controls the body, not the other
way around.
Every time you do something that’s
uncomfortable you get stronger when
you get comfortable you get weaker.
Stay strong, use your mind to push
you to greater things. A strong mind
equals a strong body.

The Time is NOW!!!
There will never be a better time
to start training then now. We
live in a world where we sit on
our asses all day long and get
nothing done.
Your health and fitness should
always be priority, it should
come first.
Why do I say health and fitness
should be the number 1 priority ?
Because you can’t help or take care
of anyone if you are sick and
unhealthy.
So many young men and women
are under the impression that
the way they are is the way they
are, and these are the same
people that will always make
excuses about their situation.
I talk to a lot of men who ask
me what they can do to have
more energy and loss weight,
while they are drinking a bottle
of coke.
Stop with the stupid questions
and look in the mirror.

We live in a land of the fat and weak….
Before I give this weeks newsletter I need to
know how many of you really read and do the
workouts I give to you in these newsletters ?
I know some of you do because I get great
feedback, but what about the rest of you?
The reason I ask is there is no reason to
subscribe to a newsletter if you won’t use
the information. If you want to learn to
swim you need to swim if you want to learn how
to ride a bike you need to get on a bike
and if you want to be fit you need to sweat.
Today when I was out I was in a store and
the woman cashier was so fat her belly
was on the counter, I’m not kidding, belly
on the counter.
How does this happen ? Well, I know how
it happened- but why do we look the other way?
How bad is it when you need to rest your belly on the
counter. Or how about the overweight people in the
supermarket riding the store scooters and buying candy.
And if you stare your being rude.
I have a saying, “only listen to the people that get results”.
I wouldn’t listen to a fat doctor who told me how to lose
weight I won’t go to a dentist with bad teeth and I
wouldn’t ask a bum where I should Invest $10,000
dollars.
This is what most people do, they listen to the so called
experts with PHD or MD in front of their name even
though they have three chins. Be careful and live your
life healthy and fit and be a role model.
If you think these are things I make up look around
some time and tell me if it doesn’t look like the
circus is in town.
Last weeks email talked about what I think the king
of all conditioning exercises is and if you combine
the burpee with hill sprints you will be in for a
workout that will have you huffing and puffing
quick.
If you don’t have hills try stairs, Do 10 burpees-
sprint the hill or steps walk down, as soon as you
reach the bottom do 9 then 8 and so on until
you get down to 1.
Try and do this for 15 minutes and if you get
to 1 before the time limit, start back
up the latter. Push yourself. Don’t quit.

Do you have a little time for big results?
In todays world time is important and we all
have the same time everyday, and it’s up to
you to do what is most important.
The one thing that most do is neglect their
health and fitness. And the number #1 answer
is no time.
This is and always will be an excuse. But if you
are serious and really want to improve your
level of fitness in the shortest possible time
you have to start thinking outside the box.
Bodyweight training is the fastest way to
incredible stamina, strength and rapid fat
loss.
Simplicity is the key, keeping it simple will
bring the quickest results. Just like nutrition
keep it simple, don’t read to much into it
and get big results.
Pick a bodyweight exercise that will work
a lot of muscles at one time and this will cut
your workout time.
Try exercising a minute at a time, this works.
Try doing pushups 1 minute at a time or
jumping jacks and keep track how many times
a day you can squeeze in one minute.

Beware of the trainer!!!
Yes, you heard right. Beware of the trainer.
Why ? Because most are frauds. Most trainers
have no idea what being fit is.
To become a personal trainer all you need to
do is read a book and take a test. Or you could
take a 1 or 2 day course, that’s it.
Most trainers are out of shape. Most trainers
don’t practice what they preach.
Years ago when I was certified I took a 40
hour course and also being certified were
fat old men, women that smoked, and a
bodybuilder that couldn’t balance on one
leg.
I see trainers out drinking booze and smoking
even some that are overweight. This is pathetic.
I think you need to be in better shape then the
people you train or at least be able to hang in.
Be careful.

The King of Bodyweight conditioning exercise’s
So what is the king of all bodyweight exercise’s ? I have
given this a lot of thought, and over the years doing
thousands and thousands of reps and hundreds of
bodyweight exercise’s there is one that stands far
above the rest.
There are a lot of tough exercise’s. There are a lot
of result producing exercise’s. Some will say that
the pushup is the best. Some will tell you squats.
Some will tell you dips or pullups are the the greatest.
These are great exercise’s but they are not the best
one’s for over-all conditioning.
To be the king it needs to work as many body parts as
possible in the shortest amount of time. It needs to be
very physically demanding.
The most physically demanding exercise is the ” BURPEE “
the burpee is a tough, tough exercise and doing 1 minute
of this exercise tells the tale.
If I had a small amount of space and could only do one
exercise, I would pick the burpee. It will give you the
fastest results in the shortest period of time.
Try to do just a simple circuit:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, with a 15 to 30 second rest in between.

Try this short effective bodyweight workout.
I was running a little short on time and did this
effective bodyweight workout.
I call it the lunging pop-ups/w pushups.
Simple- Do a lunge with each leg then do a pop-up
with a pushup. Simple. But to the point and effective.
Try for 100 in 12 minutes or under. They are a lot
tougher than they sound.
Train Hard, and if you are weak and fat it’s your fault!!
