Every morning start the day reading something positive.

Every day workout.

Eat healthy natural foods.

Drink a lot of water.

Stay physically and mentally strong.

Stay active throughout your day.

Set and WRITE DOWN daily, weekly and yearly goals.

Carry a note book and write down your thoughts and ideas.

Have a purpose for your life.

Get better, stronger friends.

Have higher standards.

Eliminate weak family and friends that make you unhappy and
cause
you problems.

Eliminate or cut back on sugar and caffeine.

Eliminate bad destructive habits like smoking, excessive drinking,
drugs, pornography and over eating.

Lose weight.

Take responsibility for EVERYTHING in your life good and bad.

Stop comparing yourself to others.

Stop blaming others for your situation.

Stop complaining about others.

Stand up for yourself.

Be able to look at yourself in the mirror everyday.

Be honest with yourself.

Don’t look to material things for happiness, you won’t find it.

Work on self discipline.

Pay attention to the small things before they become big things.

Learn something new.

Read something positive every night before bed.

Always be grateful for what you have!
