Mental Weakness

There is so much more to training then just physical training. Most
have no idea what it’s like to push farther then they have to.

The fact, You will never improve or get what you want unless you
learn to have a little mental toughness, you need to learn to push
through the pain, to sweat and do what ever it takes to get to the
point you want to be.

Attitude is the biggest factor. If you go in with a defeated attitude
you will lose, you will never be able to approach a goal without
mental toughness.

If you suffer from mental weakness and most do. But here is the
thing, everyone has the ability to build a mental toughness if they
feel it’s worth while.

If you hate training you will never have the mental toughness to
build yourself into anything other than a quitter at the first sign
of physical or mental pain.

To over come mental and physical weakness you need to push
outside your comfort zone. To build physical and mental
toughness you need to become uncomfortable.
