New eating philosophy

Listen up, with all the experts and fitness gurus talking
about weight loss and diet how do we know what to do?
There are a lot of ways to think about it. If you push a certain
lifestyle there will always be someone to tell you that you can
eat healthy and exercise and can still be hit by a truck
crossing the street.

First of all, If and when I go, it won’t be from being hit by a
truck crossing the street, I’ll leave that to the fat and out of
shape that can’t get out of their own way.

Living up here in cattle country there is not a lot of produce and
what there is, is grown for cattle. I’ve talked to dairy farmers
that have told me that they give the cows injections to produce more
milk or they can’t keep up with the demand. I was told that
” it was safe” now the farmer said that he did not know if it
was or not.

Guess what I don’t eat dairy. My choice. You find men and women
that drink and smoke and eat like shit and have done so for 50 years
and are fine. Hell, I’ve know men who do nothing but drink beer,
smoke and drink coffee and seem to be fine. They look bad and older
then they are but that’s their choice.

My opinion is to live for today but also live for the future. I
want to be as healthy as possible at all times most of my diet
is raw probably at least 98% very little cooked.

I do my best to avoid sugar, very rarely use salt and eat some
grains, I don’t use caffeine anymore, and I gave up drinking any
type of alcohol for 16 years now. I drink about a 1 to 1 ½ gallon
of water everyday and sometimes 2 gallons a day. I also do a water
fast a couple times a month for 24 to 48 hours.

Basically live how you want and don’t make excuses for sickness,
obesityor any other disease that relates to living a unhealthy
lifestyle. Look to the future, what will your body be like in 10
to 20 years.

There are people who would rather die then give up smoking,
drinking or eating. Here’s a question for those people that
weigh 500lbs or more when did you decide you were to fat ,
when you couldn’t get out of bed or when or wife or husband
had to wipe your ass, and who keeps brining them food?

Quick workout that will take about 10 minutes.

Jump rope 100 times as fast as possible -then do
a least 5 burpees with a pushup this should be done
in 1 minute each set. Try to do as many sets in 10
minutes-try for at least 10 sets.

Hard work, simple concept, guaranteed results

Remember toughness builds winners.
