Real Men Exercise Everyday.

Yeah, really men train every single day. Just because you have heard from
other trainers and fitness gurus your body needs time to rest doesn’t mean
it’s correct.

If you take a shower everyday, brush your teeth everyday then you should work
the body everyday. The body doesn’t need the rest you think it does as a matter of fact the
body can be worked extremely hard and recovery pretty quickly if you do the right
things.

The body is amazing and can handle the stress you put on it, men that think all I need is
to train 2 to 3 times a week are fooling themselves. If you exercise  2to 3 times a week
that will be the results you get.

The body does need rest but not as much as you are lead to believe. The muscles in your
body will handle the load if you just give it the load.

You need to to push yourself as hard as possible then other times you need to take it a little
easier. You need to know your body, you are the only one that knows what you are capable of.

Unless you continue to push yourself you will never improve and you will stay weak and soft.

I don’t care if you go for a walk on one of your training days, walking is exercise and a great one at that,
it doesn’t matter if you do just 50 pushups as workout day it’s still exercise and over time these little
workouts will bring huge workouts. Try it.
