Steep Hill Sprints

 

Steep hill sprints are a great for HGH production and keeping you young!

There was no plan to run this hill, I was out for a drive seen the hill and decided to run it only 2 times. I did this in street clothes, no warm up or stretching, I ran it, got in the car and went home!

Life rarely happens in workout clothes, it never gives you a chance for warm ups or stretching!
