Watch out for these types of people

Are you one of these people

The more and more I hear and see I can’t figure it out, everywhere I turn
around I hear someone complaining about how they would never spend
that much money on a book, you can get that info for free or that piece
of equipment looks cool but the price is pretty steep, I wonder if I
could make something like it.

With the economy the way it is I can understand someone being
hesitant to spend money that could be spent somewhere more
important, paying your mortgage, car payment, gas, electric etc.,

But here’s the problem, most of these people have extra money
they would just rather spend it on something they enjoy.

How many times a week do you go out to eat? How many times
do you go out to lunch? How many times a week are you stopping
for coffee? How about the time spent sitting in the bar drinking and
having a good time?

Here’s a good one, how many packs of cigarettes are you smoking a day?
I actually see these things going on and these same people complain
they never have the money.

Would it make more sense to buy a book that will probably add to your
life or spend your valuable time and money going out to eat or buying cigarettes
that will take from your life.

Remember, a book or a piece of training equipment will only improve your life.

This is a big thing for people who say they don’t have the money to go to the
gym or buy a program that will prolong their lives while they drive around in
their BMW with a $400 a month car payment dragging along their broken
down body around. But these people will spend half that money on prescription
drugs a month and think nothing of it.

I have some trainers on this list who have had to hear some crazy ass excuses.
People will spend crazy money buying the best cars, clothes, homes and won’t
even spend a small percentage of their income on a wellness program, but will
spend a lot more money on a get better program.

I tell people who are real students money is better spent on training, living
healthier lifestyles, and buying and learning as much as possible. I buy tons of
books I read every day and I always have one or two books with me at all times,
just in case of any down time.

Equipment, courses and books, whatever I can get my hands on. Staying fit
and healthy is more important to me than just about anything, and if it came
down to going out to eat or a good training tool or book I wouldn’t be going
out to eat.

Just something for you to think about when you deal with this type of person.
