Wildman Physical Fitness Test

All of the military have their standard fitness tests and the test seem pretty
weak. The elite forces, The Seals, The Green Berets, The Army Rangers
etc, all have tougher tests because they are elite, but are these tests
really that difficult? I’m talking about the actually fitness test.

Well, I want you to try the Wildman Physical Fitness Test, which will
test your speed, strength, stamina and quickness in less than 10 minutes.

Simple, you need 100 yards and that’s it.

25 Prisoner Squat Thrusts – Sprint 100 yards – 25 Prisoner Squat Thrusts
Sprint 100 yards – 25 Prisoner Squat Thrusts – Sprint 100 yards – 25
Prisoner Squat Thrusts.

The total is 100 PST’s and 4 – 100 yard sprints, but then finish off
Bear Crawling 50 yards.

That’s it, all I want to know can you finish it in less than 10 minutes?

Doing this simple test will work the major muscles of the body.
