You don’t need to live in a junk yard to get a great workout!

Who wants to make their back yard into a junk yard in the name of fitness? Do you really
need to have a hillbilly looking back yard? You know the one with the old bathtub used as
a place to plant flowers.

Who wants a yard full of junk just get in a workout?

These gurus spend a lot of time showing great programs with things that will clutter up,
take up a lot of space and cost a ton of money. Others will show you that you can only
get a workout in at the local park.

You don’t need any special equipment or use any gimmicks to get into great shape.

You don’t need any equipment if you don’t want any, anything you need you already
have or have at home or in the yard or the local unused park.

You can use a heavybag instead of making a sandbag, heavybags are tough to handle.
You can use a $4.00 jump rope, you can find a decent size rock almost anywhere or
can buy one dirt cheap.

I carry a jump rope with me and a deck of cards everywhere just in case. If I have to
fill my car or truck with weights and a ton of other things how effective is your training
really, relying on equipment.

Their are tons of stories of men who use almost no equipment and are world class, but
you never heard of most of them because they use basic methods that bring masive
results in strength and conditioning fast.

You will really never have to lift a 400lb stone, benchpress 300lbs or squat 500lbs you
will never have to learn to do a bodyweight flag and you don’t need to stock the back
yard with rusted metal all in the name of fitness unless that is your goal.

  1. As far as exercise equipment, more is not necessarily better. The fewer objects you have the more focused you will be on what you do have. Of course, anyone who reads this blog knows that not having equipment is a lame excuse to avoid training.
