As you probably already know burning fat
gets harder as our body gets used to the
same old workouts.

Bodyweight exercise’s if done in a circuit
style will strip the fat as fast as possible.

Our bodies need to be shocked, to continue
to get results you have to keep throwing
different things to get different results.

I always see people jogging day after day
and their body shape never changes, if
I don’t see results I move on.

If you want to keep seeing results try using
bodyweight exercises in a circuit type workout
and if you really want some great benefits try
jumping rope this in my opinion is way under
rated.

Try jumping rope 50 times then drop to the
ground and do 10 pushups continue this for
6 to 10 minutes.

This will show you what I’m talking about.
