The bullshit going around in today’s sick and weak society is that being ripped and lean is the way to total fitness, guess what? Not all ripped sculpted physiques are of fit men, ever see a crack head? There
was a time real tough men were built strong, fit and not so ripped.
The ripped body was a product of I feel in the 1980’s when bodybuilding magazines hit the selves. The problem is most people are not bodybuilders and never will be bodybuilders. Some people just don’t want to spend hours training and dieting to get a bodybuilders ripped body or a magazine models body.
But today if you aren’t ripped you are out of shape, I look at it different, you DO NOT need a six pack to be fit. While it is better keeping a lower body weight for health reasons don’t be fooled into thinking men that don’t walk around with their shirt off is some how a weak pathetic man.
The strongest men I have ever know worked hard, ate regular food, drank beer and were laborers. Some of the fittest men in the world are Navy Seals, and they are not all ripped with the prison rape body. And
all Seals are physically and mentally strong , tough men.
Remember fit and strong men come in all walks of life with different body types. Look at the body type
of strong man from the past more massive, and not so ripped. But these men were athletes. Most ripped men today are only gym and mirror strong. Check out the different strongmen I posted below.
