Stop Building Egos, Build Workable Strength!

Blue Collar work will build useable strength, the strength that is really useful, if you getting hurt in the gym, you won’t be able to last in the world of manual labor, for very long!

I believe men should train to benefit themselves out side the gym, being gym strong rarely crosses over outside the gym. Piss and moan all you want, I have seen gym strong men who hurt their back moving a fucking couch! 

If you pride yourself with your strength, but hurt yourself with a basic manual task, you should be embarrassed!

We are led to believe pushing weight off your back is the mark of a strong man, and it is fucking misleading! There is no easier man to push around then a guy that focuses on the bench press!

If you squat or dead lift a ton of weight and hurt yourself moving a refrigerator, how strong can you really be?

Where you really need strength is outside the gym!

Stay in the gym dead lifting all you want, keep preaching good form, range of motion and over training and you will be weak outside the gym!

FUCK the gym! You don’t need any commercial gym to build workable strength!
