5- Pop-ups
10- Jumping Jacks
10- Push-ups
10- U. K. Squat Thrusts
10- Jumping Jacks

Repeat for 5 minutes at first than go as long as possible. No Rest

CIRCUIT # 2

10- Burpees
15- Jumping Jacks
10- Push-ups
10- Mountain Climbers
15- Jumping Jacks

Repeat for as long as you can ( at least 5 minutes.). No Rest

CIRCUIT # 3

10- Jumping Squats
10-Dive Bombers ( push-up )

Repeat 5 to 10 times non-stop.

CIRCUIT #4

10- Burpees
15- Push-ups
10- U.K. Squat Thrust
10- Burpees

Rest for 20 to 30 seconds.
Repeat for 6 to 10 sets

CIRCUIT # 5

15- Body Builders
25- Jumping Jacks
14- Body Builders
30- Jumping Jacks
13- Body Builders
35- Jumping Jacks
12- Body Builders
40- Jumping Jacks
11- Body Builders
45- Jumping Jacks
10- Body Builders
50- Jumping Jacks

No rest- try to make it through this circuit 1 time.
For a challenge work back up the pyramid.

Workout #1

Burpees for 1 minute
Jumping Jacks 1 minute
Squats 1 minute
Pushups 1 minute

This circuit is non-stop

Workout #2

Burpees for 2 minutes
Pushups for 30 seconds
Jumping Jacks 30 seconds
Squats 1 minute

This circuit is non-stop

Workout #3

Pushups for 1 minute
Squats for 1 minute
Jumping Jacks for 1 minute
Squat thrusts for 1 minute

This circuit is Non-stop

Workout#4

Burpees for 4 minutes
non stop

All Burpees are with a jump

The Wildman Challenge # 1

1000 Jumping Jacks
500 Pushups
50 Burpees
Run 1 mile

This workout should be done in 30 minutes or less.
