Bodyweight Training – Simple + Hard work = Results

In today’s society we look for the complicated way to get healthy
and fit. The way I see it, it was pretty simple to put on 50 extra
pounds; what was complicated about that?

I know it was easy to lie around and do nothing and watch your
fitness level fall and get fat, nothing complicated there.

So why do so many think that there is some complicated weight loss
solution or complicated exercise program to make you look a magazine
model ?

Because if people think that it takes some complicated exercise or diet
program they won’t have time to do it, so they make the excuses for
their lack of motivation. If you make it sound to simple most think that
it couldn’t possibly work so they won’t even try. Most people fail before
they ever try.

Yes, exercise is harder than going to the all-you-can-eat buffet, but what
do you think will be the better payoff? Excess food or a little exercise?

There is no easy way when it comes to exercise, if you want results
you sweat and sweat a little more, you burn excess calories you get fit
and healthier. Plain and simple.

The great thing is you don’t need some super complicated workout program
and spend an hour a day trying to achieve your results, you can start an exercise
program anytime and anywhere. You never need a special place, you never
need a gym.

Your body is the best billion dollar gym money could never buy, and the only one
you will ever own, and you take it everywhere you go, and most never realize
everything they need is already there. It’s not the complicated workouts that give
you the results; it’s what you put into it. The most basic workout routine can give you
mind blowing results.

How great would it be, that whenever you wanted, you could get in a short results
producing workout in as little as 5 minutes a day? What can be done in 5 minutes
a day? Some can run 1 mile in under 4 minutes, how many pushups could you
do in 5 minutes?  100, 200? If you could do 200 pushups in 5 minutes how would
that affect your life? How about doing 100 pushups and 100 jumping jacks; sounds
pretty simple. Just a few ideas of what you might be able to accomplish in only 5
minutes a day with a simple workout that requires no thinking, all it requires is you
get busy doing something.

There is no scientific evidence that says; the fancier and more complicated the
workout, the better the results. The body doesn’t know whether it’s doing a
complicated workout or a simple workout it only responds to the work it gets.

Remember everything comes with a price and you can pay for it now, or you
will pay a bigger price later.
