This is what everyone who is over weight
wants to know- how do I burn fat.

The answer is … there is no one way to burn
fat but there are many ways and to burn fat
fast.

I have discovered the # 1 element of permanent
fat loss and before I go any further weight loss
and fat loss and different so don’t confuse one
with the other.

Weight loss means most of the time people starve
themselves and when you do this you lose muscle
our bodies are made to store fat for energy so
