“Throughout high school I wrestled for 5 years. I’ve been through some very hard training exercises, and when I started using John’s training manual I found these exercises to be just as intense or even tougher. A simple 5 minute workout from john’s book left me very exhausted, but I felt great afterwards, for the first time in a long while. I will continue to use the exercises in his book, because I feel more energetic and I feel like I’m getting into the best shape of my life”.
