Bear crawl pushup workout

If you have been following me for a while you know then how I feel
about bear crawls and when you combine bear crawls and pushups you
get an ass kicking workout.

Bear crawls really work the body as well as the pushup,combine these
two exercises will challenge the most fit.

One workout you can do is:

Workout #1

mark off 5 yards-do 10 pushups bear crawl 5 yards-do 10 pushups
continue this until you complete 100 pushups. This is to be without
a rest. Rest for 2 minutes repeat.

Workout #2

100 yard bear crawl workout: Start at one end of the field start to
bear crawl as you go stop and do as many pushups as you can bear
crawl more and then more pushups don’t stop until you finish 100
pushups. Rest 2 minutes try to repeat it’s harder then you think.
