Michael Peterson aka Charles Bronson

Charles Bronson the notorious criminal who has been in jail for over 30 years, he was a bare knuckle
fighter, boxer, world record holder in situps and pushups and has stayed strong and physically fit
on isometrics and bodyweight training, it is said he was doing 6,000 pushups a day.

He is the author of many books and is mentioned in all books in the United kingdom of “Bad Asses”
His fitness book solitary fitness is not the book most fitness experts want to read.

Fitness experts and the majority of so called men will be offended by the context of the book
that is the exact reason for reading it,  it is a real program used by a real life bad ass in a bad situation.

Not to mention the physical and mental toughness this man has built after more than 30 years in jail
and more than half spent in solitary confinement!  He’s done hundreds of thousands of pushups,
burpees, star jumps, U.K. squat thrusts and isometrics to become a machine! Like the mad man says
fit, fast and strong is the way to survive!
