Using your own bodyweight there are no excuses not to workout and stay healthy.
It doesn’t take any equipment and takes just a little space to get a ass kicking workout
in.
Here’s a 30 minute workout I did in a park all you need is a bench for some step ups.
Simple. 100 step ups, 25 burpees, 100 step ups, 25 burpees, 100 step ups, 100 pushups
100 step ups, 100 pushups, 100 step ups, 25 burpees, 100 step ups, 25 burpees.
Total 600 step ups, 100 burpees, 200 pushups.
This had me soaked in sweat. Simple but effective. You don’t need to make things
complicated to get in great workouts and you don’t have to have some crazy workout
plan for certain specific body parts. The workout might seem easy. It’s not. Try it.
Remember, don’t think that a simple concept won’t work. The reason most things fail is
because of people trying to make things more complicated then they are.
There are no secret workouts for losing fat, building muscle being more conditioned it’s
about moving, burning calories, getting the heart pumping and being naturally athletic.
