Eat More Meat, Get Stronger And More Aggressive!

For a while I have been going against the “Fitness Culture” I fucking hate everything about today’s “Fitness Culture” because it has gotten so weak!

Men would rather take testosterone therapy then build real strength usable strength, through hard work, and these guys will remain weak, because they are looking for the easy way out.

Most of these guys are young, single with no family, so they have no idea what the fuck they are talking about!

Society is pushing their social justice diet and it’s eliminating men’s ball juice, they are pushing a diet eliminating aggressiveness that is making men weak, society is slowly transforming men into women.

That is a vegetarian diet! That is long distance running!

Vegetarian men have either no children, or no more than one, because low fat diets lower testosterone vegetarian women have tougher times getting pregnant, it’s why they try to save the world for their cats and dogs, fucking dummies!

Vegetarian diets are low in cholesterol, and WITHOUT cholesterol you can NOT build testosterone !

Agree or not, look at vegetarians, they usually have more mental issues like depression and anxiety, are more emotional, and all around weaker!

Don’t show me the vegan or vegetarian that is a bodybuilder, because all your showing is a drug taking fraud!

It’s very hard to get enough calories as a vegetarian to get massive size unless he is eating nonstop all day!

Don’t be a dummy and pull “The Gorilla eats plants” bullshit!

The Gorilla is massive NOT because of plants its because he is a fucking gorilla!

Killers in nature eat meat! They are aggressive and have many offspring!

The killed in nature graze all day, with their heads down, waiting to be slaughtered!

Where are my studies and research?

It comes from non stop studying, non stop reading and almost being a vegetarian for almost 22 years!

I could give you source after source, and someone can find their own studies contradicting the studies I found so why bother wasting my time!

Two years ago I gave up sugars and ALL grains, and most of my joint pain went away!

I do NOT allow society to decide my lifestyle, who ever has the most money or an agenda determines what the elites push on us!

  6. When you eat too many fruits and vegetables you’re hungry in 1-2 hours. I have a job, a daughter, and a wife. I work long hours. I don’t live in fucking Thailand or Australia with no job and no family and run around jerking off all day eating fruit. You eat like that with a real job where you can’t leave, you’re shit out of luck and starving. Come find all this good fruit and vegetables in Pennsylvania, it all looks terrible at the store. I eat eggs and meat and am perfectly fine.
