Isometric Horse Stance Training w/Cinder Blocks.

Yes, another version of the old school Isometric Horse Stance. I continue to show the same exercise with different objects, different weights which make a very effective exercise very demanding.

The more you can find ways to train, the more ways you open your mind to different versions of an exercise will be beneficial, because no matter where you are you can get in some exercise and never have an excuse to not train.

Holding two cinder blocks, one in each hand is not that difficult if you hold it for 15 seconds but tough holding it for 60 seconds to 90 seconds is a lot different.

The isometric horse stance isn’t cool looking, but its free!

But, most things that are free usually have little value, and this is why people would rather do cool looking exercises to post to their social media account.

Cool looking exercises are usually not as effective as old school exercises!

If you think the isometric horse stance is easy give it a try, it’s an exercise that can be done anywhere, multiple times a day, everyday and strength is guaranteed!

Do the basics get strong, invent stupid exercises for social media stay weak!
