Men NEVER Needed The Gym!

In the past men never needed to go to the gym, the gym never existed for the manual laborer,
men never thought about building strength, muscle, getting testosterone therapy or taking
steroids or whether they had 18″ arms, that was invented by the “Gym Culture”

 

Men of the past had to be hard to earn a living, whether they drank or smoked they had more
strength, endurance, resolve, toughness, then the toughest the gym has to offer.

I have seen it many times the gym strong guy walk in a labor environment and is completely
outworked by someone that never seen the inside of a gym.

Rarely do you ever hear about a tough guy who spends his day in the gym, you always hear
the stories of the old timer who could move and lift the heaviest objects despite his size and
build.

Its the lack of daily physical activity, the processed food and the constant eating, and excess
weight that has weakened man!

One hour in the gym, supplements are NOT enough, the man is to be active ALL DAY long, not
an hour out of 24 hours, that is fucking stupid!

    I work a physically demanding job all day and have done so for 30 years.
    Other than a weight vest and the farmers walk I have not touched a weight for six years.
    I trained with free weights with my brother for years.
    He still goes to the gym but mainly uses the hammer strength machines.
    A few months ago he talked me into going to the gym with him for a session.
    He was very surprised at how much I was able to lift on the machines despite never having used them before.
    In fact I nearly matched him.
    From this visit I learned for sure that I do not need the gym and that I hate the modern gym scene!

  3. I work a part time job and always made sure it was physically demanding to give me at least some extra exercise. At home I train in nature and use what I can ranged from bodyweight to rocks, simple, no money spend (in fact I earn money ha!) and it works.
