No Heavy Bag No Problem!

John Anderson is not a fighter but has posted a great video to mix it up.

This is a great concept and a great change for your fitness program.
You don’t need a heavy bag, all you need to do is hang a tire, and start
swinging away. A tire you can usually get for free and from there just
string it up and start pounding.

The tire will swing back and forth and will keep you moving throughout
the whole exercise, try doing this for just a few minutes and find what
a great exercise this really is.

The tire punching bag will burn fat, quicken your reflex’s, and build shoulder
strength as well as core strength.
