Rocks are a great training tool. They make a weight seem a lot heavier
it builds more stability and strength a barbell or dumbbells can not
duplicate.
Training with a rock is just like real world manual labor, it builds old school
strength, it builds a toughness through the body and it is the way men have
used their bodies for millions of years.
