I still can’t figure out with all our information we still get confused as to what’s
effective and what’s not. In my opinion we need to find what works for us.
You don’t need to buy soy milk, almond milk, milkshakes, new exercise
equipment only a plan and discipline to decide what you want.
If you just want to lose weight and that’s your main concern, then reduce
your eating and become more active. Simple and to the point. It will
work everytime.
Want to lose weight and get great abs. The only way is eating good foods
burning fat and keeping lean muscle. Simple and to the point.
Want to train like an athlete, then train like an athlete. Athletes train fast
explosive. They train for sport. Want to lift weights and build a big bench
press, start bench pressing. Simple and to the point.
With all we know now and we still think there is some easy way out. I do
know that if you cut back on food, choose better food you won’t have to
do so much exercise. Simple and to the point.
I also want you to know that you don’t need long drawn out workouts
to get extremely fit. Actually all you need is your own bodyweight
no special equipment,except what you already own. A workout
plan and only a few minutes a day.
If you want to jog for 30 minutes a day go ahead. In a few weeks you will
most likely give up. If you don’t you will probably stop in a few months.
For all the young guys and women out there it’s not what shape your in
now it’s the shape you’ll be in when you have a career and a family and
you don’t have the time to train. How important will it be then.
I will tell you this- it will jump on you fast. Before you know it you will
be fat and weak. If you get smart eat as natural as possible and do some
short intense workouts you will be better off. More time, a high level of
fitness in only minutes a day.
