Strength Using Trash!

Strength and conditioning, for is to be able to get your body to respond to
complete body movement. Too many people spend to much time training
one body part a time. The body works better when its used the way it was
meant to be used, as one unit!

A few superman pushups using a very unstable object takes a complete body
and mind effort, strength is build through the inside out.

I also like to use what I can find in my environment even if it is trash! A Standing
AB Wheel Rollout is difficult but tougher with something you find in the trash.

Strength is built through years of training, toughening the body through hours
of pain, a constant effort is how you build a strong doubly tough body and mindset!

Strength is the only way!
