The Best Piece of Training Equipment for Building Quickness and Explosiveness

There a lot of sites pushing bodyweight training equipment
but the one piece of equipment that has stood the test of time
and has built many world champions in almost all sports and
it continues to build champions.

It builds almost all the things a champion needs to win. It
builds explosive power, it builds quickness and agility, and
it builds reaction time.

The best piece of training equipment for a little investment
is the common jump rope, for about 4 bucks you can have a
training tool that can be carried with you at all times, it can be
carried on the road, in a suit case even in your back pocket
and what home gym can you carry in your pocket that will give
you same benefits as the jump rope?

Jumping rope and combining bodyweight exercises are a brutal
combination that will bring you to your knees in no time flat. Using
the jump rope alone as a workout can be brutal but when you use
the jump rope as your active rest time you make the workout only
champions will be able to handle.

I used to think that jumping rope was for school girls, even know I
knew certain professional athletes used it in their training, but being
a weight lifting meat head I would have slapped someone who would
have suggested jumping rope as a form of conditioning.

Jumping rope helped me transform my body and my conditioning
to a very high level as well as keep me athletic, fast, quick and
explosive.

But, not all jump ropes are the same, if you want speed you buy
a quick spinning rope a weighted rope has its place to mix it up
but the quicker the rope the quicker you get.

A great workout that should take under 15 minutes is the brutal
combination of Prisoner Squat Thrusts and jumping rope.

Jump rope as fast as possible 100 times than drop down
for 10 PST repeat 10 times with no rest. The first couple
of rounds can feel a little easy just keep on going at the
10 round you will be a sweaty mess.

Total jump rope 1,000 times and 100 Prisoner Squat Thrusts in
15 minutes. For you elite my time to beat is 11:11 not easy.
