The media helping to keep you fat.

What do I mean? and how is the media keeping us fat? By exposing us
to food all the time. Everywhere you look we are exposed to food.

We are always thinking about food. If you are always thinking about food
you will eat more food. This is being programed into your subconscious mind.

The more you think about something the more you want it. Let me give you an
example. A smoker has to make sure that he or she has enough cigarettes before
they go out for the day and if they don’t will they be able to buy them later.

What we think about we usually bring about . If you are consistently
being exposed to advertisements for food and are watching t.v. shows that
are food based,talk shows, reality shows, the news are programing us to
always be thinking about food.

We need to focus our attention on other things, how about exercise, if we
focused more on exercise then food how do you think that would change
your life?

If you are always stressing over food you will continue to eat more food.
Relax, and know you don’t need to eat all the time find other ways to
spend your time.
