Yo man, I keep telling you about the different kinds of strength found in gyms and the ones
you find outside the gym, but because of the brainwashing and the best marketing that
determines what we tend to believe.
I never said going to the traditional gym is useless, I just said that there are other ways to strength
and conditioning then in the traditional settings. Before there were gyms men were physically stronger,
tougher and more durable than men today; despite the heavily muscled a man gets in today’s juiced
up gyms.
Today’s icons are juiced up men with bloated muscles, or you want to look like that 30 year old
showing his six pack of abs on front of men’s magazine, which I think is a little gay!
The bigger and stronger a man tends to be, it seems like they are injured a lot more. A smaller man
with less muscle, who is stronger pound for pound seems injured less.
A lot of big men get offended when you call out their weakness of injury as if its some kind of badge
of honor getting injured. I think its embarrassing!
No man should ever limp around like a wounded animal, its not natural to show constant
weakness!
I NEVER tell other men about my injuries!
But strong guys sit around talking about their injuries like men at a bar bitching about their wives or their
sucky job, and then get mad when someone mentions it. A lot of men are easily offended because they
think you are attacking their manliness, and guess what? I am!
Strength is so much more then heavy weight lifting in the gym, its about toughness and durability,
because a man who is not durable is of less value to their environment!
I have come a long way in my philosophy in what I think it takes to continue on, and because I do manual
labor, I need different strength than the guy doing heavy squats. The guy who only has to make it to his
chair and can sit all day, but struggles to get out of that chair while letting everyone know it was
squat day.
Training for durability builds toughness!
But in my case being a laborer who has to continue on lifting at work, a heavy leg day means pain for
many days, while still working, there is only the weekends that can save the laborer when his body is
extremely sore from training!
How would our ancestors have fared if they trained until they couldn’t move? They would
have been vulnerable, and easy pickings! Its tough to live in a harsh environment not being
able to move, can’t defend the home, protect or provide if being incapacitated by constant
injury.
Times are different, violence is different and controlled, if you had to worry about survival everyday
I can guarantee “Heavy Leg Day” would be the last thing you would do!
An injured animal is a weak animal, so if man is injured, he is a weaker man, natures law!
Animals don’t get sore living in a natural environment, and if they get injured they are picked off, but men
continue to push for soreness in the gym, tough to walk or sprint if you are in pain from heavy training!
Train For FUCKING Durability!

This shit right here is worth more than gold!!!
“I NEVER tell other men about my injuries!
But strong guys sit around talking about their injuries like men at a bar bitching about their wives or their
sucky job” Boom, I heard it all the time back when I was training in a gym (training at home/outdoors now) my shoulders hurt so I canÄt do X my arm, my leg that, every day something else was hurting and they carried that shit around like it was a trophy.
True story!
Men are the Savage animals compared to the deadliest animals on Earth. Keep exposing the lies the fitness industry tells us Johnny Grube.
