Tree Tug of War

Anyone who has ever competed in the game of Tug of War knows the
how quickly the body gets tired. Tug of War has great cross over to real
world activities and strength especially like wrestling.

You can use a tree or a pole of some kind, using a piece of rope or strap
and a strong towel and start trying to pull the tree over.

In about one minute you will see the benefits of this exercise, and the strength
this can develop.

You can use this exercise alone and do it multiple times a day or use it with other
isometric type exercises or calisthenics.

1 to 5 sets for 1 minute with a 30 second to 1 minute rest will give the body serious
work.
