Weighted Military Squat Thrusts/Flutter Kicks

The simplest things are usually the most effective!

Short workouts keep the body primed, not beat up. If you are sore, can’t move from training you are less capable.

Men need to be able to go any time, constant soreness and pain makes a man less valuable, and less effective!

Men who pride soreness live in the safe space mentality, that they are okay being less mobile, it’s a bullshit mentailty.

Workout:

Strap on some ankle weights.

25 Military Squat Thrusts.

25 Flutter Kicks.

Very tough on the legs, and conditioning!

When ever I was sore for days I hated it, I was less capable!

Train to be more capable, not less capable!
